I do not have an option of changing the DNS server assigned by my ISO even if I thought that this might be the problem, but anyway I am sure the problem does not lie with my ISP’s DNS servers.

  @BlizzardCS Having issues with the Return Lost Souls quest. Wife is getting no credit after clicking the souls. My druid also can't see the quest at all despite not doing it yet this week.

  @BlizzardCS I paid for a faction change and an error occurred immediately. I created a ticket over 24 hrs ago to try and fix the issue. This is poor service. ESPECIALLY for a paid service. Not happy with Blizzard right now.
