After building our home 8-years ago, my husband and I wanted to do a “refresh” of the home, but were not fond of the overwhelming undertaking and potential hiccups and/or failures that could come along with project refresh. Due to the demands of our busy lives, and our inability to reach agreements on design styles and choices, we made a decision to hire Melisa, owner of Just in Time Interior Design to assist us with the refresh.
From the moment we met with Melisa to discuss what we had in mind for the refresh, it was clear that we made the right choice. Her expertise, hard work, kindness, and overall professionalism immediately put us at ease. As busy professionals, overseeing and managing contractors, deliveries, budgets, etc., is highly stressful, however, Melisa always made herself available to oversee the quality of the work done by contractors, the ordering/delivering of all décor and furniture. She went above and beyond our expectations, exceeding them, and handling everything with great integrity. We encountered a couple situations where pieces were delivered damaged, without hesitation Melisa immediately took swift action to resolve. She always made herself available, with strong communication skills. In a time where I feel as though customer service is a thing of the past, Melisa reminded us that there are still those that want to work hard for their clients and make them proud.
Our timeline and budget was established during our first meeting. Melisa met the initial timeline we agreed upon, and was very diligent with the budget, keeping me abreast of spending, and spending with great mindfulness.

The décor pieces she incorporated throughout our home are those that are so personal and special, nothing that could be purchased through a big box store. She put great thought and detail into every room of our home. Our kids love their rooms so much, they no longer drag their toys into the living room to play, but instead, want to stay in their rooms that now encourage their creativity. Their rooms were decorated to grow with them over the years, so they will be able to enjoy for years to come.
I never thought I could live in such a beautiful, functional home, but I now do have that privilege, thanks to Melisa, Just in Time Interior Design.

I saw pictures of one home makeover on Facebook by JITID and knew this is exactly what I needed. I had been so down in the dumps because nothing I did as far as decorations or arranging furniture satisfied me or the look I had envisioned for my home.
A month later, working around my crazy shift work schedule, Melisa did her magic and everything is absolutely amazing! I literally had chills when I walked in the door to see a house I hated completely transformed into a home that I truly ❤️.
The design down to every inch of thought and detail that was put into all the hard work she did for me still has me speechless.
If I had to do this all over again I would without a single hesitation x 1,000!!!
